An awareness program titled “Stray Dogs Restricted on Campus” was conducted by the S & H Department on December 17, 2025. The Principal, Mr. G. Sudhakar, addressed the students and explained the importance of the program.
Mr. G. Kannan, Head of the Department, and Mrs. K. Chandra, Senior Lecturer, spoke about the need to protect oneself and others from stray dogs.

Today (16.12.2025), the S & H Department conducted a Health and Wellness Program on our campus. Our Principal, Mr. G. Sudhakar, delivered the guest lecture and explained the importance of healthy food in daily life. Mr. G. Kannan, Head of the Department, and Mrs. K. Chandra, Senior Lecturer, explained health and wellness concepts to the students. They discussed the importance of daily food items and emphasized the need to avoid junk food.

The students also prepared some healthy food items and explained their usage and benefits in daily life.

The First Year Inaugural Function was held on 3rd July 2023 to welcome the new students to the college. Faculty members and department heads addressed the students, introducing them to college life and academic expectations.

Today, the YRC at our college observed Untouchability Eradication Day. Students and staff participated to raise awareness and promote equality and social justice.

It is informed that today the First Year (S&H) Parents’ Meeting was successfully completed. Some parents shared positive feedback and appreciated the efforts of the faculty.

Today (23.12.2026), S&H Department, and NSS organized a quiz program and awarded prizes to the students who participated and won in the quiz program held on the occasion of National Mathematics Day.

Today (19.12.2025) Friday, our college first year department,NSS and YRC organized a class for the students on the topic “National Mathematics Day” .

NSS and YRC third-year students cleaned the college campus. The activity promoted cleanliness and a sense of social responsibility.

We are extremely happy and proud to announce that our students have secured “O” Grade in all subjects at the state level in the recently concluded October 2025 (semester) board examination.

On 15 September 2025, the Department of Civil Engineering organized the Engineer’s Day Celebration along with an intra-college competition. The event included a sapling presentation for staff members, and prizes and certificates were awarded to students in recognition of their achievements and active participation.
