On 15 September 2025, the Department of Civil Engineering organized the Engineer’s Day Celebration along with an intra-college competition. The event included a sapling presentation for staff members, and prizes and certificates were awarded to students in recognition of their achievements and active participation.
On 12 September 2025, as part of the Engineer’s Day celebrations, the Department of Civil Engineering conducted a Quiz Competition to enhance students’ technical knowledge, quick thinking, and competitive spirit.

On 08 September 2025, the students of the Civil Engineering Department successfully assembled a drone as part of the Naan Mudhalvan course. This hands-on activity provided students with practical exposure to emerging technologies, enhancing their understanding of drone components, assembly techniques, and their applications in civil engineering fields such as surveying, mapping, and site inspection.
